Add good music, and the background was choppy...the characters were always black (in shade) add some more color...

Some suggestions

the music is ok. . . FOR A WHILE! jaja, it kind of gets boring after a while
also, you should try using a smaller brush. . . sometimes it looks kind of scratchy
. . .dont flap the ears too much, it looks exagerated
at the part when they get yellow... do they get super saiyan? i got lost when they were fighting, trying to know who was who

the end i didnt understand. . . what happened? who won???

you need to add some HIT effects or yells or something, only music doesn't make the trick

Didn't know who was who, who against who, NO DRAWN BACKGROUNDS, whats the point of just doing copy-paste? the clouds, badly animated, some moved quicker than other, really weird. The same airplane copy-pasted about 10 times . . . simple. . .
